Our warehouse is located in Stuart, Florida. We will have your order ready to ship the next business day, excluding Holidays.
Depending on where we are shipping to it will take anywhere from 2 - 10 days for delivery.
You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information when your order leaves the warehouse so you can see when it will be arriving.
If shipping to California, please be aware that it may take longer for delivery via USPS. Please chose UPS delivery if you require your golf balls quickly.
*Orders under the $89 Free Shipping minimum are eligible for $9.99 Flat Rate shipping if shipping to the United States of America. This includes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US Territories (such as Guam).
We currently do not ship outside of the USA.
All APO/FPO orders must use United States Postal Service only as UPS will not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. All orders using FedEX Service must provide a valid physical address as FedEX does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders are shipped the next regular business day. In the unlikely event this is not possible the purchaser will be contacted at the email/phone number provided during purchase with further details and options immediately.
We will accept Cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order with no penalties as long as it has not left our warehouse yet. If it has already been shipped, fees may apply.
We accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery. Return postage will only be paid by Golf Balls Direct if we have made a mistake in filling the order on our end. Any other Returns must be paid for by the customer.
A refund will be issued after the returned order is received and inspected.
