Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more

$9 Flat Rate Shipping on orders less than $75 and shipping within the USA.*

*(excludes all 300 count balls and golf club sets)

Our warehouse is located in Stuart, Florida. We will have your order ready to ship the next business day, excluding Holidays.
Depending on where we are shipping to it will take anywhere from 2 - 10 days for delivery.


You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information when your order leaves the warehouse so you can see when it will be arriving.

If shipping to California, please be aware that it may take longer for delivery via USPS. Please chose UPS delivery if you require your golf balls quickly.


*Orders under the $75 Free Shipping minimum are eligible for $9 Flat Rate shipping if shipping to the United States of America.
This includes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and other US Territories (such as Guam).

 

We currently do not ship outside of the USA.

 

All APO/FPO orders must use United States Postal Service only as UPS will not deliver to APO/FPO addresses. All orders using FedEX Service must provide a valid physical address as FedEX does not deliver to Post Office Boxes. All orders are shipped the next regular business day. In the unlikely event this is not possible the purchaser will be contacted at the email/phone number provided during purchase with further details and options immediately.  

 

Returns

We accept returns within 2 weeks of delivery.

A refund will be issued after the returned order is received and inspected.

Expected Shipping Times

It has been our experience that inclement weather and the homeland security alert level (particularly for packages traveling by plane, e.g. to California) can and do influence travel times. We're internet shoppers ourselves and always appreciate fast service... in turn we work hard to provide the same for all our customers. Should your order encounter any delays we do apologize and thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation.

If you need faster deliver and you would like to see a shipping estimate prior to beginning your checkout, you may do so by following these four easy steps:

1. Add the item(s) you would like a shipping estimate for to your shopping cart.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Enter your state / zip code information in the total box and click 'Recalculate'.
4. Choose a shipping shipping timeframe from the drop down menu labeled 'Please Select' (after selecting a carrier from the carrier drop down box above).
    Your shipping rates will be displayed.

    Please note: For FedEX, a business day does not include Saturdays,Sundays, or holidays.

    Example: You order golf balls on Monday that take 2 business days to arrive according to the map above. You do not count the day the order was placed as a business day, so your package would arrive on Wednesday, the second business day after the ship date.
